In a snap election called amid the Greenland/Trump standoff, PM Mette Frederiksen's 'red bloc' won a narrow 84–77 seat lead over the 'blue bloc' but fell short of the 90-seat majority — the Social Democrats' worst result since 1903. The centrist Moderates (14 seats) became likely kingmakers in coalition talks.
